Opensite Ltd is a new company formed in 2021 by experts in delivering sites in strategic locations for open uses by the logistics industry. Opensite is a real estate company addressing some of the needs and challenges of the logistics industry through the acquisition, development, management & leasing of open or low site coverage sites. We acquire land with good local and strategic access and undertake improvements to provide security fencing and a durable fit for purposes ground surface. 

Typically tenants occupy for delivery van and HGV storage, HGV washing and overnight parking, pallet, plant and materials storage. Examples of our existing sites are at Hams Hall logistics hub close to the east Midlands motorway network, Fiddlers Reach in Thurrock and Dartford both of which serve the M25 and Dartford Crossing.
