Littlebrook provides 7.6 acres adjacent to the the Dartford Crossing. It was acquired from National Grid. Its constraints suggested that there was limited further development potential for buildings but ideal for open storage.

Open storage tenants are Noriker, Europa Logistics and Trad scaffolding. MJD occupy a 70,000 sq ft building as a distribution facility.
