Plot 1 Faraday Avenue, Hams Hall is a 8.25-acre site at the regionally strategic Hams Hall distribution park, Coleshill, Birmingham. The land was previously used as a National Grid site and therefore built development potential is constrained due to underground and overhead power cables. However it is ideal for use as an open storage given its close proximity to the M42 and M6. The site is let to Cross Transport which is a road haulage company based in the West Midlands.
